1. Service Description

DartAd is an AI-powered advertising video generation platform. Users can upload product images, and our AI system will automatically generate professional advertising videos. These Terms govern your use of DartAd services.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in with a Google account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Services

• We offer both monthly and annual subscription options
• Subscription credits reset monthly; unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date
• We will notify you via email before each renewal

4. Refund Policy

• We offer prorated refunds based on actual usage
• Refund amount = Amount paid × (Remaining credits ÷ Total credits for the period)
• Example: Monthly plan of $30 with 60 credits, 30 credits used = $15 refund
• To request a refund, please submit through the billing management page or contact support

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management page. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; please request a refund separately if needed.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes. New prices will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the change takes effect.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. You have commercial usage rights for videos generated through our platform. We reserve the right to display public videos in our community gallery (you can choose to make videos private).

8. Usage Restrictions

You may not use this service to generate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
